02 — How we're different?

In-House Factory Manufacturing vs. Subcontracted Carpentry

A Bangalore based design-n-build studio with one simple belief:

“Good taste isn't a budget line, it's a conscious decision.”

We think harder. We question everything. Our cognitive skills are sharper, we design with more intent and lots of ❤️.

And then comes the part that most studios or companies don't do — we manufacture & install it ourselves. Our own factory, our own people, our own process — from the 1st design to the final piece leaving the factory. Because when you control the making, you control the outcome.

You bring the life. We bring your HAUS.

The photograph is the last ten percent.

Because the final photograph only tells you where we ended. We want you to see how we got there.

Before we draw a single line

We don't start with a moodboard. We start with you.

01

What annoys you about your current home?

The list you've been keeping in your head for years — that's the real brief.
02

Where do you actually spend your evenings?

Not where the floor plan says you should. Where you really are at 9pm.
03

What do you never want to see again?

Every project has a veto list. We want yours before we design, not after.
04

What are you willing to spend more on?

And — just as useful — where you'd happily save to pay for it.
05

What do you want your home to feel like?

One word is enough to start. "Calm." "Warm." "Ours."

05 — Designer's eye

What's wrong with this room?

Four ordinary rooms. Six things working against each one.

WE DON'T JUST
DESIGN IT.
WE CRAFT IT.

End-to-end in-Haus solutions

Most studios subcontract your approved drawings to another manufacturing unit. We? We built our own factory instead — CNC, pressing, cutting, edge banding, a paint booth and furniture, all in‑Haus, so we control the quality and the timeline.

08 — What clients say

Six houses. Six honest opinions.

5.0from our Google reviews

Ananya Rao2 months ago

They didn't just fix our living room, they figured out why we'd stopped using it. The whole design started with one question I didn't expect — “where do you actually sit at 9pm?”

Meera Iyer4 months ago

I said I wanted a home library and most designers nodded and moved straight to sofa fabric. They built the whole layout around my books first. That's the only reason it actually works.

Rohan Malhotra5 months ago

Six bedrooms, one house, and everyone wanted something different. They sat with each of us separately before drawing a single line. Nobody felt like they'd lost the argument.

Priya Reddy7 months ago

We'd been burned before by a contractor who vanished mid-project. Here, the person who took our brief was still on-site three months later, checking the cabinet hinges himself.

Deepa Nair9 months ago

There's a mango tree in our garden older than our marriage. Every other quote wanted it gone for “better site lines.” They built the extension around it instead.

Vikram Shetty11 months ago

1,400 square feet sounds tight until you see what they did with the hallway — there isn't one anymore. Every inch counts as a room now.

Ask us what we actually think.

Six questions clients ask us all the time — answered straight.

What instantly makes a room look expensive?

Light at three heights, hardware you notice when you touch it, and curtains hung higher than feels right.

Mistakes3 min

What’s the living room mistake almost everyone makes?

Buying the sofa first, then trying to design a whole room around it.

Spend vs Save6 min

What’s actually worth spending on?

Hardware, lighting and joinery. Almost never the sofa fabric everyone obsesses over.

What would you buy vs. skip at IKEA?

Some things are a steal. Some things are how a room stops looking finished. We’ll tell you which is which.

Which trends would you never use in a client’s home?

Just because it’s everywhere on Pinterest doesn’t mean it belongs in your living room.

Where does Pinterest get it wrong?

Beautiful photos, terrible scale. Most saved images would never survive a real ceiling height.
