Five stations, one building, no vans in between.

Panel processing
Beam saw and CNC router for cuts that are precise and repeatable — the foundation every cabinet is only as good as.
ii.
Edge and press
Edge-banding and a hot press, so veneers and laminates are bonded in-house instead of bought in pre-finished.
iii.
Finishing
A dedicated spray booth for lacquer, PU and stain, kept well away from the dust of the cutting floor.
iv.
Assembly and QC
Every unit is dry-assembled and checked against the approved drawing before it's wrapped — not after it's in your home.
